While this might sound like a no brainer, it can be quite hard for some people. Many of us get into our daily routines and lose track of how much time we actually spend doing something. While the amount of hours you spend playing video games is important, so are the days.

Be sure to take breaks through out the week to do other activities that don’t involve a video game system. Set aside a full day or set of days where you plan to do something different. Remember that you need to keep yourself physically, mentally and spiritually healthy to keep going strong.
