World of Warcraft Heirloom Items

When Wrath of the Lich King was released many of us just blew right through the patch notes. Even the first few patches following its release were blown through quickly. Now that it’s been a few months and people are starting to settle into their groove I wanted to bring to light one really nice addition to the game.

With the release of Wrath of the Lich King came heirloom items. This has to be one of the most amazing additions to the game. You can take your level 80 into instances and collect Emblems of Heroism. Once you have enough you can buy one of these heirlooms that are for level 1-80. You can find a complete list of the heirlooms here.

Once you have enough emblems simply buy them and mail them to a lower level character. The heirlooms are some of the most popular items from long ago that can now be purchased for lower level characters. The items also level as you level which means you gain more stats the higher level you get.

The idea behind a good item that not only increases the mount of experience you gain but also gains stats as you level. These items really work for you and don’t need to be replaced.
